So did you guys go see STAR TREK this weekend? It was really good. I was hoping that there would be some discussion about starfleet representing a One World Government, but it didn't come up. I guess we'll have to wait until the sequel.

But Tom, you're no idiot. Yes, loyal fans, I clearly am. Because in the newsletter that I posted just moments ago I failed to mention that THE NEW LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMAN BOOK IS COMING OUT ON WEDNESDAY. Less a pick for the week that a pick for the entire year. This is the official third volume in the series, and it's the first of three self-contained yet interconnected books that will span the entire century, exposing us to league's throughout the 20th and century and into the 21st.
